LEAD Video Callback Transform

The LEAD Video Callback is an in-place Transform, which calls a method or a user callback interface each time it receives a frame. Use it to manipulate image data. For example, this callback transform makes it possible to use the LEADTOOLS toolkits to perform image processing with just this one transform.
