LDicomNet::SetMaxMessageLengthISCL

Summary

Sets the maximum message length that can be processed (sent and received) by the current entity. This function is available in the PACS Imaging toolkits.

L_UINT32 LDicomNet::SetMaxMessageLengthISCL(nMsgLength)

Parameters

L_UINT32 nMsgLength

The maximum message length to set.

Returns

Value Meaning
DICOM_SUCCESS Success. The maximum message length was set using the nMsgLength parameter.
DICOM_ERROR_PARAMETER An error occurred. This usually occurs if the nMsgLength was smaller than 136. (136 bytes is the maximum size of data in mutual authentication request packet.)
