Product Description:
LEADTOOLS PACS Imaging provides you with everything you need to create both client and server components of a picture archive and retrieval system (PACS) that can retrieve, distribute, and present medical images. The module includes full support for medical data communications, automated processing, and all DICOM client/server classes, command sets, and command elements.
In addition to lower level DICOM Communication features, this product includes LEADTOOLS PACS Framework which makes developing DICOM Service Class Providers and Service Class Users even easier. The framework takes care of the entire behind the scenes work leaving the developer to only develop the service class plug-in implementations. Several sample implementations such as Store, Find, Query/Retrieve, Modality Work List and Storage Commit are included.
LEADTOOLS PACS Imaging also includes the LEADTOOLS Web Viewer Framework, a web-based framework based on WCF for distributing medical studies from server to client. The plug-in capable design also allows developers to use the framework for non-DICOM images or binary data transfer, and to extend an implemented web service to include application-specific data transfer and communication capabilities.
Security features fully support secure transport connection profiles with authentication, whether encrypted or unencrypted.
This module supports all storage IOD classes and service classes defined in the DICOM version 3 2008 base standard and all DICOM supplements.
The Medical Workstation Viewer is an end-user-like application with functionality comparable to many DICOM viewers used today in the health care industry. It can be used without modification by medical professionals, by device manufacturers (as a Modality Workstation viewer), research facilities, or anyone that has a need for viewing DICOM images. The source code is provided for easy customization and branding. The workstation is built on LEADTOOLS PACS Framework components, and supports:
