An integer representation of the upload progress. In any event where the DocumentUploadProgressState is DocumentUploadProgressState.Error, this value will be 0. In any event where the DocumentUploadProgressState is DocumentUploadProgressState.Finished, this value will be 100. Otherwise, the value will be a number greater than or equal to 0 and less than 100.
