Summary
Gets or sets the destination image for the resize.

Property Value
The destination image for the resize.
Remarks
The ResizeCommand command works by resizing the image data passed to the Run method into the image passed to DestinationImage property.
The destination image must be initialized with the correct RasterImage.Width and RasterImage.Height of the new, resized image.
