Registers a System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItem in the toolbar that gets an activated item effect when a Leadtools.MedicalViewer.MedicalViewerActionType is the current action.

The System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItem that will get the activation effect when the Leadtools.MedicalViewer.MedicalViewerActionType is the current action

The Leadtools.MedicalViewer.MedicalViewerActionType that is assigned to the item.
Remarks
The item must implement the ActivatedButton interface or this method will throw an System.InvalidOperationException
