Gets or sets the valid character types of a data element.

Property Value

The valid character types of a data element. The value of this property can be a combination of bitwise ORed (|) AAMVAValidCharacters flags.

Remarks

Valid characters are defined in the AAMVA CDS. These restrictions are often ignored by issuing authorities.
