An Int32 that indicates the height part of the aspect ratio for the symbol. Must be value greater than or equal to 1. The default value is 1.
Aspect ratio to use when writing PDF417 symbols is "Symbol height aspect ratio" divided by "Symbol width aspect ratio" or SymbolHeightAspectRatio/ SymbolWidthAspectRatio. The default values for these properties is 1 and 2 respectively, hence, the default aspect ratio is 1/2 or 0.5
Only used when the value of LimitByRowsAndColumns is false.
