Summary

Creates a new AnnToolTipEventArgs with the specified parameters.

): AnnToolTipEventArgs;

annObject

The annotation object requesting the tooltip. If this parameter is null, then the tooltip is requested for the container.

bounds

The object boundaries in container coordinates.

The newly crated object.
