Use the Microsoft Gacutil tool to install a DLL into the Global Assembly Cache (GAC). For more information, refer to How to install an assembly into the Global Assembly Cache in Visual C#.
LEAD Highly recommends that you DO NOT use the Microsoft Global Assembly Cache (GAC)!
It is better to install the DLLs in the application's directory.
