The MIME type of the document.
When this document is loaded using DocumentFactory.LoadFromFile, DocumentFactory.LoadFromUri, DocumentFactory.LoadFromUriAsync or or DocumentFactory.LoadFromStream, then the value of MimeType will be parsed by the framework and set automatically. It will be the MIME of the original document file. For example, "application/pdf" for PDF documents, "image/tiff" for TIFF files, etc.
When this document is created using DocumentFactory.Create, then the MIME type is passed by the user through MimeType.
The MimeType is not used by the framework directly. The user can examine this value to determine the original format of the document.
