Demonstrates how to customize the Modality Worklist Database used by the DICOM MWL demos.

The DICOM Watchdog monitors the health of a LEADTOOLS DICOM Listening service.

The DICOM Watchdog can be configured to automatically restart the LEADTOOLS DICOM Listening service if it is no longer processing DICOM Messages
