guarantee access to the latest version of LEADTOOLS. Annual Maintenance includes the following:
Upgrades and Updates
- Major version upgrades
- Minor version upgrades
- Patch files
Without a maintenance plan, the standard cost for upgrades is 70% of the SRP for development licenses and 40% of the SRP for deployment licenses.
Premium Technical Support
- Premium technical support via phone with senior support reps (Up to 5 cases per year)
- Priority status on support via email
- Technical support via live chat
Without a maintenance plan, premium phone support is $100 per case.
Special Discounts for Additional Product Purchases and Upgraded Runtime Licenses
- Maintenance customers are eligible to receive a discount on the purchase of additional development licenses and additional product purchases
- Maintenance customers are eligible to receive a discount on upgraded runtime licenses
Availability and Pricing
- Annual maintenance is available to any current version customer
- Maintenance may be purchased when purchasing the initial license or upgrade to current version
- Cost for annual maintenance is 25% of the SRP of the SDK and any additional modules/plug-ins licensed.
By contrast, the standard cost for upgrades is 70% of the SRP for development licenses and 40% of the SRP for deployment licenses.
