The auto scale intercept.

Remarks

If DicomAutoScaleData.IsAutoScaled is true, then AutoScaleIntercept contains the autoscale intercept. If DicomAutoScaleData.IsAutoScaled is false, then AutoScaleSlope is 0.0.
