Summary

For Windows platforms, this implements a standard Windows Message pump.

The LEADTOOLS DICOM DLL should be initialized before calling any DICOM Communication operations function. To initialize the DLL call L_DicomStartUp.

Comments

The Windows implementation of DicomNet DICOM Communications uses a Windows message-based notification of network events for sockets. Calling this method allows other Windows Messages to be processed.
