Summary

Determines whether an image is blurred.

Remarks
  • This command takes an image and determines whether it is blurred. If it is blurred it calculates the amount of blurring.
  • This command supports 8-bit, 12-bit, and 16-bit grayscale images and 24-bit and 32-bit colored images.
