Image Viewer Scrolling
ImageViewer supports scrolling and panning the view.

Set the scroll mode used by the view |
| ScrollBy |
Scroll the view by a certain amount |
| ScrollByRestrict |
Scroll the view by a certain amount without exceeding the maximum value allowed |
| ScrollOffset |
The current scroll offset value |
| ScrollOffsetChanged |
Event that occur when the view is scrolled automatically or manually |
