Introduction
File Formats: Computer Graphics Metafile (CGM)
Computer Graphics Metafile is a format used for the exchange of vector and bitmap data. This file format is supported by Autovue and Corel. LEADTOOLS supports versions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of CGM, as well as the Binary data-encoding format of CGM.
LEADTOOLS supports loading this format as a raster image, vector image, or SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) document.

Read and write support for this format is provided only in the Document/Medical toolkits.
The default extension used by this file format is: CGM.
This file format does not support layers.

When CGM files are rasterized, they are 24 BPP.
