Adds or replaces the specified key's associated integer value.

Parameter	Description
pApplicationProperties	Pointer to an IltmsApplicationProperties interface.
key	String containing the key of the value to add or replace.
value	Value to associate with the specified key.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
