IltmsLiveStream *pLiveStream;	pointer to an interface
LONG newVal;	bit rate

Sets the output video bit rate.

Parameter	Description
pLiveStream	Pointer to an IltmsLiveStream interface.
newVal	A long variable that specifies the output video bit rate, in bits per second.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

The return value should be between 4000 and 20000000.
