HRESULT Add(key, value)

IltmsMIMETypes *pMIMETypes;

pointer to an interface

BSTR key;

file extension

BSTR value;

content type

Adds or replaces a MIME type.

Parameter

Description

pMIMETypes

Pointer to an IltmsMIMETypes interface.

key

String containing the file extension to add or replace.

value

String containing the content type associated with the specified file extension.

   

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
