Parameters

image
Affected image. After completing all processing of the image, call Dispose() to free up memory.

region
LEADTOOLS RasterRegion that represents the line to be removed. The region is only valid while processing the event. Hence, there is no need to dispose of region.Region.

startRow
The starting row of the line. The rows are zero-based.

startColumn
The starting column of the line. The columns are zero-based.

length
Length (in pixels) of the line.
