Summary

Sets the output video bit rate.

IltmsLiveStream *pLiveStream

Pointer to an IltmsLiveStream interface.

LONG newVal

A long variable that specifies the output video bit rate, in bits per second.

Returns

Comments

The return value should be between 4000 and 20000000.
