LoadThenResize Property

Summary

Gets or sets a value that determine whether this RasterCodecs object should load the image entirely before resizing.

Property Value

true to load the image entirely before resizing, false, otherwise. The default value is false.

Remarks

Note: The restriction on using portions of LEADTOOLS inside ASP.NET applications has been removed starting with LEADTOOLS 16.5.

The RasterCodecs object has the following methods that allows you to resize an image while it is being loaded:

Load(string fileName, int width, int height, int bitsPerPixel, RasterSizeFlags flags, CodecsLoadByteOrder order)
Load(string fileName, int width, int height, int bitsPerPixel, RasterSizeFlags flags, CodecsLoadByteOrder order, int firstPage, int lastPage)

This method works by resizing the image while it is being loaded using an internal thread. To disable this behavior, you can set the value of the LoadThenResize property to true to completely load an image before resizing it.
