Event that triggers when an annotation object is being saved.

This event triggers once for each annotation object being saved with the AnnSerializeObjectEventArgs event data members containing the following:

| TypeName | The type name of the AnnObject being saved. |
| AnnObject | The AnnObject being saved. |
| SkipObject | Set to false. Change this value to true to skip saving the object and continue to the next. |
