Scales the input LeadPointD using the specified scale factor and center point.

The LeadPointD to be scaled.
scaleX

centerX
The value representing the center of the scale operation on the x-axis.
centerY
The value representing the center of the scale operation on the y-axis.
Return Value
The scaled LeadPointD.
