The object to add. This value cannot be null.

neighbor

Optional object for relative positioning.

location

The target location for adding.

Remarks

item must not be part of an ExObjObjectList object when added.

The behavior depends on the provided location:

After
- neighbor is null, item is added to the end of the list.
- neighbor is not null, item is added after neighbor.
Before
- neighbor is null, item is inserted at the beginning of the list.
- neighbor is not null, item is inserted before neighbor.
Child
1. neighbor must not be null.
2. neighbor.Children is null, create a new list.
3. item is added to the end of neighbor.Children.
Sibling
1. neighbor must not be null
2. neighbor.Siblings is null, create a new list.
3. item is added to the end of neighbor.Siblings.
