virtual L_INT LVectorBase::GetLayerCount(L_VOID)
Returns the number of layers inside the class object's associated vector handle.
L_INT Number of layers.
After calling this function, LVectorBase::GetLayerByIndex can be used to iterate through the layers in a vector handle.
