Changes from Version 18 to Version 19

Version 19 of this C API has changed from version 18 as follows:

Changed structures:

DICOMELEMENT - the types of nAttach and pOffset have been changed to L_DICOM_OFFSET.

Changed Functions:

L_DicomGetImage - 1 parameter has been removed.

L_DicomGetImageList - 1 parameter has been removed.

L_DicomGetImageListEx - 1 parameter has been removed.

L_DicomGetImage, L_DicomGetImageList and L_DicomGetImageListEx - Flags have been added to uFlags:

L_DicomInsertImage, L_DicomInsertImageList, L_DicomSetImage and L_DicomSetImageList - A flag has been added to uFlags (DICOM_SETIMAGE_OPTIMIZED_MEMORY).

New Functions:

L_DicomChangeTransferSyntax2.

L_DicomGetDateRangeValue.

L_DicomGetDateTimeRangeValue.

L_DicomGetTimeRangeValue.

L_DicomSetDateRangeValue.
