Returns a pointer to the item in the Data Element Tag Table that immediately follows the specified item.

Parameter

Description

pTag

Pointer to a DICOMTAG structure that contains an item in the Data Element Tag Table. A pointer to the item in the table that immediately follows this item will be returned.

Returns

!NULL

A pointer to a DICOMTAG structure that contains the item in the Data Element Tag Table that immediately follows the item specified in pTag.

NULL

There is not an item following pTag. (pTag is the last item in the table.)
