Sets the name of the specified item in the Data Element Tag Table.

Parameter	Description
pTag	Pointer to a structure that contains an item in the Data Element Tag Table. The name of this item will be set using the string contained in pszName.
pszName	Character string that contains the name to be set.

Returns

TRUE	The name was successfully set.
FALSE	Not enough memory.
