Changes from Version 17 to Version 17.5

Version 17.5 of this C API has been changed from version 17 as follows:

This version of the Medical Image Viewer toolkit features several internal enhancements designed to improve performance. Cell creation is nearly 3 times faster. Stack performance has also been improved. Photometric interpretation has been added.

A single action can now be assigned to multiple buttons.

The demo can now display Monochrome1 and Monochrome2 images.

Changed structures:

DISPNUDGETOOLACTIONPROPS takes 1 new member.

DISPCELLPROPERTIES: takes 2 new members. Also, the type of the uMask member has been changed from L_UINT to L_UINT64.
