LDicomNet::GetPeerRequestedMessageLengthISCL

Summary

Gets the length of the message sent unsuccessfully by a peer computer. This function is available in the PACS Imaging toolkits.

Syntax

L_UINT32 LDicomNet::GetPeerRequestedMessageLengthISCL()

Returns

Size of the message that was refused, in bytes.

Comments

If on a server there is a limit for message size smaller than the one of the client, a client can try to send a very long message. This can lead to problems on the server.
