IltmfCapture::get_AudioRenderers

Summary

Retrieves the registered audio renderer collection object.

Syntax

Parameters

IltmfCapture *pCapture

Pointer to an IltmfCapture interface.

IltmfRenderers **pVal

Pointer to a variable that receives the registered audio renderer collection interface pointer.

Returns

Value Meaning
S_OK The function was successful.
<> S_OK An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation.

Comments

The returned IltmfRenderers interface is used to enumerate the available audio renderers. See ltmfRenderers for details.

If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release function.

Audio renderer

The audio device that will play the sound. This is usually your sound card. Some computers have more than one sound playback device. You choose which sound playback device will play the sound by selecting the corresponding audio renderer.
