Retrieves the index of the target audio format that matches the specified name.
Pointer to an IltmfTargetAudioFormats Interface.
Character string that contains the target audio formats's name.
Pointer to a variable that receives the zero based index of the matching target audio format. A value of 1 indicates that no match was found.
