Registers a window to process event notifications.

Pointer to an IltmfCapture interface.
Handle to the window, or NULL to stop receiving event messages.
Value that specifies window message to be passed as the notification.

| <> S_OK | An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation. |
The capture module will send or post messages to the specified window. The message WPARAM parameter will contain one of the ltmfCapture_Notify constants.
