Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates whether a signal is present on the current channel. Possible values are:
Value | Meaning |

ltmfTUNER_HASNOSIGNALSTRENGTH | The signal strength cannot be determined now. |
ltmfTUNER_NOSIGNAL | No signal detected. |
ltmfTUNER_SIGNALPRESENT | Signal detected. |
