IltmfConvert::put_TargetType

Summary

This function sets the target type: file, object, variant array, etc.

C HRESULT IltmfConvert_put_TargetType(*pConvert, newVal)
C++ HRESULT put_TargetType(newVal)

Parameters

IltmfConvert *pConvert

Pointer to an IltmfConvert interface.

long newVal

Long value that contains the receive target type. It can be one of the ltmfCapture_Target Constants enumeration values.

Returns

Value Meaning
S_OK The function was successful.
<> S_OK An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation.

Comments

This function allows the user to set the target type to one of the following:

Value Meaning
ltmfConvert_Target_File The target is a file set with IltmfConvert::put_TargetFile.

This is an internal function called by functions like IltmfConvert::put_TargetFile.
