IltmfConvert::get_VideoCompressors

Summary

Retrieves the video compressor collection object.

Syntax

C	HRESULT IltmfConvert_get_VideoCompressors(pConvert, pVal)
C++	HRESULT get_VideoCompressors(pVal)

Parameters

IltmfConvert *pConvert

Pointer to an IltmfConvert interface.

IltmfCompressors **pVal

Pointer to a variable that receives the video compressor collection interface pointer.

Returns

Value	Meaning
S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the MediaFoundation documentation.

Comments

The returned IltmfCompressors interface is used to enumerate registered video compressors, and to select a video compressor for the conversion process. See ltmfCompressors for details.

If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interfaces Release method.
