CTRTool represents a drawable control that measures the cardiothoracic ratio.

Remarks

The CTR tool consist of two annotation rulers and a text box, deleting any of the rulers will delete the CTR control.

The user can change one of the rulers by clicking on the handle, and the measurement length will change based on the new annotation ruler.
