Gets or sets the image scale value.
Object.defineProperty(Frame.prototype, 'scale',
get: function(),
set: function(value)
)
scale: number;
Value that represents the image scale value.
The scale value is in a normalized form, so setting the value to 2, means the image will be twice as large.
The scale here is relative to the size mode set in Zoom, so for example, if you set ScaleMode to Fit, and the Scale to 2, then the viewer will first resize the image to fit the sub-cell, then it will scale up the result by 200%.
