LEADTOOLS reads and writes the following PCX formats:
For PCX and DCX files, you can read and write the following bits per pixel: 1, 4, 8, 24.
LEAD supports loading and saving multipage files in this format.
The LEADTOOLS Android SDK supports the PCX format.
