Retrieves number of images (SOP Instances) that are referenced in an item under the "Referenced Series Sequence" (0008,1115) in the "Presentation State Module".

Pointer to an item element under the "Referenced Series Sequence" (0008,1115) in the "Presentation State Module".
Pointer to a variable which will be updated with the number of referenced images.

Use this function along with LDicomDS::GetPresStateImageRefSOPInstance in order to enumerate all the referenced images under the specified "Referenced Image Sequence".
