Pointer to a DICOMELEMENT structure within the Data Set.
String with file name to set binary data from.
Value | Meaning |
---|---|
TRUE | The binary value of the Data Element was set successfully. |
FALSE | Could not set the binary value of the Data Element. |
This function overwrites the value of the Data Element. The Value Length of the Data Element is then equal to the file length.
