The default DICOM Element Tag Table contains all the DICOM element tags defined in the latest DICOM specification. Additionally, the default DICOM Element Tag Table contains several well-known private tags (i.e. SIEMENS, PAPYRUS). To exclude these DICOM Elements from the DICOM ELement Tag Table, pass TRUE for bIgnorePrivateTags.
For the default values for the Data Element Tag Table, refer to the Default Data Element Tag Table.
If you remove the contents of the table using LDicomTag::Reset, you can reset the table to the default values by calling this function.
Win32, x64
This example restores the default Tag table.
L_INT LDicomTag_DefaultExample()
{
// This restores the default DICOM Element tag table
LDicomTag::Default();
// The following is equivalent to LDicomTag::Default();
LDicomTag::Default(FALSE);
// The following loads all the default DICOM Element tags except the well know private tags (Siemens, Papyrus)
LDicomTag::Default(TRUE);
return DICOM_SUCCESS;
}
