VARIANT_BOOL newVal;	flag

Specifies whether the stream should only activate when demanded by a client.

Parameter	Description
pLiveStream	Pointer to an IltmsLiveStream interface.
newVal	A boolean value that indicates whether the stream should activate on demand. VARIANT_TRUE indicates that the stream should only activate when demanded by a client. VARIANT_FALSE indicates that the stream will be activated when the server is started.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
