Retrieves the video encoding used in the stream.

Parameter	Description
pLiveStreamControl	Pointer to an IltmsLiveStreamControl interface.
pVal	Pointer to a ltmsLiveStreamVideoEncoding variable that receives the live stream's video encoding type. See the ltmsLiveStreamVideoEncoding enumeration constants for a list of possible values.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
