IltmsNetworkProperties *pNetworkProperties;	pointer to an interface
LONG newVal;	port number

Sets the server's base RTP port number.

Parameter	Description
pNetworkProperties	Pointer to an IltmsNetworkProperties interface.
newVal	New port number for the server base RTP port.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
