Imports a server XML configuration file.

Parameter	Description
pServer	Pointer to an IltmsServer interface.
path	String containing the path to the server's XML configuration file.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.
