Retrieves the stream control at the specified index.

Parameter	Description
pLiveStreamControls	Pointer to an IltmsLiveStreamControls interface.
index	Index of the stream control to retrieve.
item	Pointer to a variable that receives the interface pointer for the stream control at the specified zero-based index.

S_OK	The function was successful.
<> S_OK	An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

If the function succeeds, release the returned interface pointer by calling the interface’s Release method.
